FEES

MY FEES ARE*:

Individual Session: $120 for 60 minutes

​

Individual Session: $90 for 45-50 minutes

​

Group Session: $40 for 50 to 60 minutes

​

Consultation Fees: $120 per hour

​

Complex Initial Intake/assessment: $150 for 75-90 minutes. (For urgent or complex situations when a 55 minute intake will not suffice)

​

SLIDING-SCALE FEES: I offer this option for those who are doing private pay, based on your financial circumstances. I’m happy to consider a sliding fee at your request. Towards the end of our initial consultation we will discuss fees and how you will arrange payments. At that time we can discuss an affordable fee that feels manageable for you, if the rate listed above is not within your budget.

PAYMENT is due in full at the time of service. If you are having difficulty paying for your services, please discuss this with me. Payment can be made with cash or check. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover card payments can be made through my secure client portal. If there are issues with insufficient funds and a returned check, extra fees may apply.

INSURANCE: I am in network with:

  • Canopy EAP

  • TRICARE-West

  • Medicare

  • Optum/United HealthCare/United Behavioral Health and EAP

  • Providence Health Plans

  • PacificSource/Samaritan plans

  • Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon

 I also accept "out of network"  insurance. Please contact your insurance plan to inquire about their “out of network” reimbursement policy.​

I OFFER A FREE, INITIAL 25 MINUTE OFFICE OR TELEPHONE CONSULTATION, TO ALLOW US AN OPPORTUNITY TO SEE IF WE WOULD WORK WELL TOGETHER.

WE DO NOT HAVE

TO SUCCUMB TO THE TYRANNY OF OUR OWN SELF-JUDGEMENT. WE CAN OBSERVE OUR REACTIONS WITH AWARENESS, AND LET THEM GO.
