ESTABLISHED CLIENTS:
Once you have entered into therapy with me, you will have access to secure messaging and my client portal, including online scheduling, etc. This allows you to communicate confidentially with me regarding “clinical” (i.e. private) matters. Once you’re enrolled in these secure methods of communication, I will only respond to phone calls, or to communications sent through secure channels, regarding clinical matters. For legal and ethical reasons, I do not accept/respond to clinical messages sent through non-secure means.

I may use non-secure means of communication regarding administrative matters like scheduling or billing questions, only with your written authorization on the Consent to Communicate by Non-Secure Means form. Please do not use voice mail, or non-secure e-mail, text, or fax for emergencies.
